HISTORY
Scott Radiological Group was formed more than 60 years ago by Wendell G. Scott, M.D. Dr. Scott was a national leader and innovator in providing diagnostic radiology and radiation therapy. He was a diplomat of the American Board of Radiology as well as president of the American Roentgen Ray Society, the National American Cancer Society, The St. Louis Radiological Society and Barnes Hospital Medical Society. Dr. Scott was also the recipient of the St. Louis Medical Society's Gold Medal and Award of Merit, the American College of Radiology's Gold Medal Award, the American Roentgen Ray Society's President's Medal and the American Cancer Society's National Award. Scott Radiological Group has grown over the years and is one of the most well-respected radiology groups in the area. The group offers services throughout the St. Louis area.

TELE-IMAGING
Scott Radiological Group offers patients and area hospitals state-of-the-art services. That's why the physicians and hospitals affiliated with the Scott Group are linked by computer to enable the physicians to receive X-ray images at their offices, hospitals or homes. This means the physicians from the Scott Radiological Group are on call around the clock providing their patients with immediate service. This service was featured in one of the area's leading publications and one of the major television stations.

SCOTT RADIATION ONCOLOGY CENTER
The Scott Radiation Oncology Center is named in memory of Wendell G. Scott, M.D., founder of the Scott Radiological Group. The state-of-the-art cancer care center offers quality comprehensive cancer care services including medical oncology and radiation oncology. The 6,600 square foot center is located on the campus of Jefferson Regional Medical Center at Highway 61 South & 67 in Festus, MO.
